Specific Carbohydrate Diet

My aunt has been cooking for Ken the last three days. He is doing so well on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet! No sugar, no gluten--just honey, meat, and fruits and vegtables, except corn or potatoes. These are all the foods that my aunt made--ALL SPECIFIC CARBOHYDRATE LEGAL!
